The board shall meet at least twice each year with times and places determined in compliance with Article IV, Section 7, of the constitution, in addition to the annual meeting.
Board members are required to attend the annual meeting, and at least fifty percent of the regular meetings scheduled in accordance with the provisions of Article IV, Section 7 of the constitution.
Should a board member be unable to attend as required, the member shall notify the secretary in writing prior to the scheduled meeting, unless emergency conditions exist, stating the reason for non-attendance. Board members may be excused from attendance at said meeting by action of the board members present and constituting a quorum.
Should a board member fail to fulfill the obligation to attend or be excused from the required meetings, the president shall cause to appropriate action to be taken by the board as provided in Article III, Section 3, of the constitution.
