Charlie was a retired Florissant PD Detective.He came from a large family and lived a full and generous life. After retiring,
Charlie enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his grandsons and
watching Cardinal baseball.

Board Changes:
President/Director April Foulks-Walrod has had to step down from the President's position on the MPJOA board due to added responsiblities in Joplin stemming from the tornado. Other board members have been moved up to fill the position. The changes are:
President - Carrie Brandt, Chesterfield PD

Secretary - Johnny Dunn, Crestwood PD
